The free CMMC self-assessment tool available at merek.io/cmmc/assessment is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It produces a non-authoritative, preliminary self-evaluation based entirely on the answers you supply. We do not independently verify, validate, or audit those answers.
The tool is NOT a formal CMMC audit, a gap assessment, a certification, or an assessment by a CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO). It is not an official Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) score, and any estimate it displays is directional only and is not submitted to, endorsed by, or recognized by the U.S. Department of Defense, the Cyber AB, or any other authority. Merek is not acting as a C3PAO or as an authorized assessor when you use this tool.
Results do not guarantee any certification outcome and must not be relied upon as evidence of compliance, as a representation to any government agency or prime contractor, or as a substitute for a formal assessment by a qualified assessor. Your actual CMMC assessment results may differ materially. You are solely responsible for determining your organization’s compliance obligations and for any decisions you make based on the tool’s output.
